Being born on the island atoll of Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands, it was only natural for Stacey Petrucci to be drawn to the beauty of living at the beach. After spending the majority of her life in the Dallas area, she purchased a vacation home in Miramar Beach. This led to her finally realizing her goal and purchasing an investment property before finally having the opportunity to purchase a primary residence and settling in Santa Rosa Beach with her husband and five children.
Stacey is active in the Butler Elementary PTO and has a passion for nature. This passion leads her to devote time to nature preservation and beach awareness, especially in regards to turtles. She and her family decided on the South Walton beaches because of the sugar white sand, clear emerald waters and fantastic state parks.
Stacey has 20 years of experience in sales and thrives off forming long lasting relationships with customers. Real estate has always been a passion for her but has taken a back seat to raising her children.
She has bought and sold numerous personal properties, including primary residence, vacation home, and investment/rental property. The next natural course of progression was to get her real estate license and pursue her dream career.
Combining her past sales skills with her love of real estate, she joined the 30A Local Properties team this year. “I feel very fortunate to work with such an amazing and talented group of people. When working with anyone in business, you must trust in them and their integrity. This is something Stacey takes very serious and attributes that to her success in Sales. “I always try to make sure I fully understand a customer’s needs and desires and work hard to achieve their desired outcome. Whether they are buying or selling, each customer is treated like they are my first priority. I want to give them what they are looking for as quickly and efficiently as possible.”, she says. The customer is guided through each step in the process and given any guidance or help necessary. “I would love to help you with your real estate needs, whether it is buying or selling.”
