Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. -5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Appointments are available from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and must be scheduled the day prior.
Flat Fee Services include the following:
• Minor Acute Care/Sick Care: $80 Base Fee (Most test and treatments included in fee.)
• Primary Care: $80 Flat Fee
• Annual Wellness Exam: $100 Flat Fee
• Woman’s Annual Exam: $100 Flat Fee
• Physicals (School and Sport):
• IV Hydration Therapy: $ varies
• Minimum Annual Wellness Labs: $75 (Insured patients may file with lab center per insurance rate.
• PAP: $60 base fee+
• School Physicals: $35 flat fee
• Sport Physicals: $35 flat fee
• Flu shot: $20 flat fee (Walk-ins welcome.)
• Lab Draw Service Fee: $10.00 flat fee per visit (On Site Quest Diagnostic Labs)
