Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) has unveiled its highly anticipated Season 14, featuring a lineup of Tony Award-winning musicals, gripping dramas, holiday entertainment and a magical regional premiere. Running Sept. 10, 2026, through May 23, 2027, the season promises unforgettable stories that inspire, entertain and bring audiences together.
Leading the season is the Tony Award-winning Come From Away, the remarkable true story of 7,000 airline passengers stranded in a small Canadian town following the events of Sept. 11. The production celebrates compassion, resilience and the power of community.
Audiences will then buckle up for The 39 Steps, Alfred Hitchcock’s fast-paced thriller that blends suspense, comedy and nonstop adventure.
For the holidays, ECTC presents Million Dollar Quartet Christmas, a festive spin on the popular musical featuring legendary rock ’n’ roll icons reunited for a high-energy celebration filled with seasonal favorites and classic hits.
The new year begins with 9 to 5: The Musical, the hit stage adaptation inspired by the beloved film and featuring music and lyrics by Dolly Parton. The crowd-pleasing production celebrates ambition, friendship and workplace empowerment.
Continuing the season is Dear Jack, Dear Louise, a heartfelt play inspired by a true World War II love story that unfolds through letters exchanged across the Atlantic.
Closing the season is the regional premiere of Disney’s Frozen, bringing the beloved modern classic to life on stage in a spectacular production designed to delight audiences of all ages.
Season 14 offers something for everyone, from first-time theatergoers and families to longtime patrons seeking memorable nights out. ECTC’s VIP program enhances the experience with early access to preferred seating, exclusive events, cast meet-and-greets and behind-the-scenes opportunities. “This is one of the most exciting seasons we’ve ever put on our stage,” said Nathanael Fisher, ECTC’s Producing Artistic Director. “From the scale of these productions to the stories we’re telling, everything about Season 14 is designed to raise the bar for what audiences experience at ECTC.”
