In 2026, this ArtsReach initiative marks a decade of connecting active-duty military members, veterans and their families with art’s transformative power. Creative experiences, including popular Zentangle classes, encourage expression, connection and healing.
- Festival of the Arts offers a masterpiece of a weekend.
The 31st annual festival returns Oct. 24–25 to the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village with more than 100 artists, original artwork, live entertainment, artist demonstrations, children’s activities and food. Admission is free.
- Wine Walkabout is back.
Returning by popular demand Nov. 5, 2026, Wine Walkabout is another reason to gather friends and celebrate the arts. Members enjoy preferred rates on select MKAF events throughout the year.
- 10,000 Maniacs kicks off the 2027 concert season.
Concerts in the Village opens April 8, 2027, with 10,000 Maniacs. The eight-week series runs through May 27 at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village in Destin.
- All eight concerts are FREE for members.
Pack a picnic, bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy eight Thursday nights of live music under the stars with complimentary admission to the entire 2027 series.
