Beachworx, Destin’s premiere coworking space and entrepreneur’s community, is pleased to announce strategic partnerships with two powerhouse organizations driving business along the Emerald Coast.
One Okaloosa, the economic development council for Okaloosa County, supports the growth and diversification of economic drivers for the community, our military and the businesses and residents that are new to our area. One Okaloosa will be members of our coworking community, expanding their presence along the coast.
The Small Business Development Council, is a division of the Small Business Administration housed at the University of West Florida (UWF). It is an educational resource partner for entrepreneurs and small business owners. The Florida SBDC at UWF provides no-cost consulting services to current or aspiring small business owners. FSBDC at UWF’s services include, training programs, market research, business plans, access to capital, feasibility studies, sales growth, marketing plans, government contracting, and assistance to minority-owned businesses. Our 10-county region covers Northwest Florida spanning from Escambia to Jackson counties. The Florida SBDC Network is state designated as Florida’s Principal Provider of Business Assistance [§ 288.001, Fla. Stat.] and recognized as Florida’s “premier source” for business assistance.
