Three Seaside School teachers —Courtney Krick, Brian Michie, and Joy Robbins — on the faculty of Seaside Neighborhood School were recognized recently by the Florida’s Department of Education and have received awards from the Florida Best & Brightest Scholarship Program. About 7,000 teachers earned scholarships for 2017 across the state.

Florida’s Best & Brightest Teacher Scholarship Program rewards Florida’s teachers who have been evaluated as highly effective and have earned college entrance exam scores that indicate being exceptionally well prepared for college level coursework.
