Previously, we talked of living life in the present space of the day in front of us. Today, dear readers, we delve into a way to supercharge your life by living in a spiritual fashion. How can we have conscious contact with our Higher Power and find a way to a faith that works wonders?
We each see God in our own way and are free to define a God of our own understanding, a God of love and all that is good. All we need to do is knock and the door will open. It is our willingness to knock that brings us into contact with God.
This simple decision can put us on a rudimentary path to a spiritual manner of living. We can, through prayer and meditation, improve our relationship with our Higher Power. In this heightened state, we will gain knowledge of His will and the power to carry it out. Dream big dreams, for our God is a powerful God. We know that with man all things are not possible, but not with God. With God all things are possible! Try this as your daily prayer and watch your life changing for the better
St. Francis Prayer
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
