Coastal Seniors of South Walton Plans Luncheon for September 13
The recently formed Coastal Seniors of South Walton, which focuses on planning activities for seniors (ages 50+), will be having a luncheon on September 13th at the Commissioner’s Office Complex located at 70 Logan Lane in Grayton Beach. All seniors aged 50 and over are welcome.
The luncheon will include a presentation by a physician/physical therapist on how to prevent falls, how medication can affect your balance, and how to minimize injury should you fall, among other topics. Additionally, the groups’ two autumn activities will be announced.
“We want to share and coordinate with Coastal Seniors the exciting events we having coming up,” said Frank Day, Chairman of the Coastal Seniors Steering Committee.
