Destin’s coffee scene is getting a fresh jolt this September as husband-and-wife owners Tom and Koley Houle open Lucky Goat Coffee at City Market Beachside. After years of moving, the couple returned to their Florida roots to create something special in their new community.
Founded in Tallahassee in 2010, Lucky Goat grew from a wholesale roaster serving cafés across the Southeast into a growing family of coffee shops, with quality still at the heart of every cup. Coffee is roasted fresh throughout the week at its Tallahassee roastery.
The Destin café will pour classic espresso drinks, drip coffee, single-origin roasts and nitro cold brew. Try a creamy Luckyccino, the espresso-powered Goat Bomb, signature lattes, chai, hand-whisked matcha or a rotating seasonal sip. Pastries from local favorite Blue Mountain Bakery complete the menu. The Houles envision a welcoming spot where friends meet, families linger and neighbors become familiar faces. Stop in for a morning pick-me-up or beach-day iced latte.
