Crispy Cajun Lands in Destin!

5

Destin Harbor just got a taste of Louisiana. Chef Ernie of Café Nola, with his partners from the Bayou State, has introduced Tony Chachere’s Crispy Cajun Chicken to the Destin Harbor dining scene—and locals are already raving. Open 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.–4 p.m. on Sundays, Crispy Cajun serves up chicken that’s marinated for a full 24 hours before it ever hits the fryer. So, the rich Cajun flavor runs deep on the inside, not just the outside. Add in their signature extra-crispy batter, and you get chicken that’s perfectly golden, crunchy on the outside and bursting with juicy flavor inside.

Pair it with Tony’s jambalaya, dirty rice, red beans & rice, Cajun fries or onion rings, and you’ve got a plate that tastes like home in Louisiana. Or grab a sandwich to go. On a boat? Find their sandwiches on Crab Island, too!

For game days or gatherings, nothing beats the Crispy Cajun Big Game Family Special Pack—$49.99 for 12 pieces bone-in or 24 tenders with sauces, four hearty Cajun sides and warm, cornbread biscuits with honey.

As Chef Ernie promises: “This is the best chicken you will ever eat.”
