Whether you prefer to grab coffee and breakfast while you work, or you enjoy sneaking away for lunch or happy hour, there is somewhere for everyone to work from in Destin. Next time you need to get out of the house, grab your computer and hit one of our favorites.
Beachworx
A true co-working space, there are so many things to love about Beachworx. Located in the heart of Destin, it has both day, week and monthly passes available to work. The space includes conference rooms, separate offices, and a communal space in the middle with seats, outlets, booths, tables and more – everything you need to get your work done!
Cafe Destin
Want to grab coffee and breakfast while you work? Then this is your place. Café Destin is located to the South of the Winn Dixie Plaza, near Island Wing Company. They offer breakfast and lunch items served all day from 7 a.m.-2 p.m., along with a full coffee and smoothie bar to serve whatever you’re craving. The Wi-Fi is free; so bring your computer and stay a while.
Austons on 98
Another great happy hour spot, Austons on 98 has both indoor and outdoor seating and an expansive menu of delicious food. Happy Hour is from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. and is the perfect escape from the office for a few hours while you finish up the day. With an extra-large dining room and bar, there is plenty of room to pull out the laptop and work.
Island Wing Company
Featuring the area’s best baked wings, Island Wing Company has 58 beers on tap and over 30 TVs – So, if you need to finish up work but don’t want to miss the game, they’ve got you covered. Sit at the bar, at a side high top table or even outside and start crossing things off the list.
Destiny Worship Center Café
A hidden gem in Miramar Beach, find this Café inside Destiny Worship Center’s main doors. They’re open Tuesday-Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. with an affordable lunch selection, and plenty of tables for seating. It’s open to the public and a great place to work, network and meet others.
Tailfins
Maybe working during lunch or Happy Hour is more your style – We get it! Tailfins has three levels with amazing views of the Destin Harbor. Serving lunch and cocktails, bring your computer and find a corner to get a few things done. The TVs inside may even let you catch a game or two while you work!
