Spring 2018 30A Condo Report

Spring brings many things to the Emerald Coast! It brings beautiful weather, spring break visitors and real estate buyers visiting to find their perfect piece of paradise. This past month the agents in my office have been showing and selling everything from residential lots to acreage, condos and single family homes.

It has been a very busy buying season so far!  This month I am focusing on a 30A Condo Update.  With a shortage of inventory on the market, the 30A Condo market is hot.

30A East – There are 114 Condos available on the East End.

39 are Gulf-Front

  • Lowest is $550,000. with 870 Sq Ft. at One Seagrove Place
  • Highest is $5,645,000. with 7293 Sq. Ft with 10 Bedrooms and 8 full Baths, 2 half Baths and consist of two condo units.

75 are Non-Gulf

  • Lowest is $164,000. with 325 Sq.Ft at Inn @ Seacrest Beach
  • Highest is $6,900,000. with 6972 Sq. Ft and 7 Bedrooms, 7 full baths and 1 half bath in Rosemary Beach and is a Pre-Sale, To Be Built.

26 Condos on the East end of 30A are Pending Sale, with 9 being Gulf-Front condos ranging from $399,900, with 1028 Sq.Ft and a 3 Bedroom and 2 bath, to $4,350,000 with 3953 Sq. Ft and a 5 Bedroom and 5 full bath + 1 half bath. 17 are non-Gulf with $138,000 being the lowest with 504 Sq. Ft and a Studio to $4,999,000. with 5863 Sq. Ft in Rosemary Beach and a 5 Bedroom, 5 full baths and 1 half bath.
