Emmanuel Sheppard and Condon is pleased to announce that attorney Suzanne Blankenship is joining our firm. Suzanne has practiced law in Pensacola since 1996 with a primary focus in real estate and community association law. As the founder of Coastal Association Law Group, she has represented condominium, homeowners’ and office park associations throughout Northwest Florida and will continue to serve those clients at Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon’s Pensacola, Perdido Key, and Sandestin offices.
Suzanne earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and her master’s degree in public administration from the University of Alabama. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Hamline Journal of Public Law and Policy. Suzanne resides in Pensacola with her husband and two children. Suzanne is a member of the Florida Bar and its Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar. She is admitted to practice law before all Florida and Alabama State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Suzanne is also an active member of the North Gulf Coast Chapter of Community Associations Institute, an organization devoted to representing the interests of condominium associations and homeowners’ associations throughout the United States.
