Tribute Weekend

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is thrilled to be bringing back Tribute Weekend! Rock out to the live music you know and love from these coveted tribute bands. Grab your blankets and lawn chairs and meet us on the events plaza lawn for two nights of incredible talent.

Sparkling Wine and Holiday Lights

The holiday season kicks off with the 13th Annual Sparkling Wine & Holiday Lights benefitting one of our local charities. Taking place on the beautifully decorated streets of Baytowne Wharf and featuring more than 30 champagnes and delicious appetizers, stroll streets lined in twinkling lights and greenery, as you sip a variety of champagnes and taste featured menu items from various Village restaurants and eateries. Participating merchants will be decked out for the holiday season when you stop by to sample their featured bubbly and delicious appetizers. The event will end with the first tree lighting of the season and Baytowne Wharf’s choreographed light show, 12 Nights of Lights.

Baytowne On Ice is Back!

Dust off those skates and get in the winter spirit at The Village of Baytowne Wharf’s Baytowne on Ice. For those visitors who miss the cold and ice, this seasonal ice rink is the perfect opportunity to share some of your favorite holiday traditions right here on the coast. Hours vary daily. Check the schedule at baytownewharf.com. The cost is $15 for 90-minute skate and $3 skate rentals. Skaters must be at least 3 years of age and fit into appropriately sized skates. Here Comes Santa Claus

Here Comes Santa Claus right down Baytowne Lane! Santa’s Arrival at Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin is a highlight of the season! The word on the street is Santa will be arriving in “optimal Santa” fashion with a fireworks show starting sometime between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m. Santa will visit in his sleigh that evening and on Wednesdays, Dec. 3, 10 and 17 (6–8 p.m.) during the Wednesday Night Concert Series – Holiday Edition, starting Dec. 3 with the Niceville High School Chorus. Don’t miss your visit with Santa on one of these magical holiday nights!

Lantern Parade

Parade begins at 5 p.m.
Light up the night at The Village of Baytowne Wharf’s annual Lantern Parade, created by artist Chantelle Rytter and the Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons. This free community celebration invites locals and visitors alike to join in the fun—and the only requirement to participate is to bring a lantern! Spectators can enjoy the colorful procession throughout The Village.
Everyone is encouraged to create a lantern and parade alongside a dozen larger-than-life lantern puppets designed by Rytter and her Krewe. Your creativity is the best gift to your community! Get inspired on Rytter’s Lantern Ideas & Inspiration page or take part in the free lantern-making workshop from 1–3 p.m. that same day at The Village.
Want to roll instead of walk? Decorate your golf cart and join the parade lineup! Afterward, meet the puppets by the Christmas tree for photos and fun.
