Baytowne Countdown Ushers in 2024
Twinkling lights, skating on ice, magical tunes and streets filled with sparkle, tinsel, holly and jolly beckon your inner child to “believe” in the magic of the holidays all over again. Kids know it and we know it, too! The wonder of Santa and the holiday season jingles in our hearts and in the joyful Village of Baytowne Wharf!
Wednesday Night Holiday Concerts Holiday Edition + Visits with Santa usher you into the holiday spirit! Listen to some of your favorite holiday classics from 6-8 p.m. during the holiday edition of Baytowne Wharf’s Wednesday Night Concert Series. Each concert features a festive choreographed light show and fun. Visit with St. Nick and share your holiday wish list Dec. 7, 14 and 21, 6-8 p.m. for a Holiday Concert and Visits with Santa. No cost to attend!

Lighting up the holiday nights are Nights of Lights! Enjoy a festive, choreographed light show where the tree lights in the events plaza will dance and blink to music every night in December, leading up to Christmas on the Events Plaza Lawn! This sparkling event will also be featured during the special holiday edition of the Wednesday Night Concert Series. No cost to attend, watch three dazzling shows on The Village tree at 6, 7 and 8 p.m.
Baytowne On Ice continues through February 4. You can’t help but be in the winter spirit at The Village of Baytowne Wharf’s Baytowne on Ice. For those visitors who miss the cold and ice, this seasonal ice rink is the perfect opportunity to share some of your favorite holiday traditions. Sponsored by JVC Broadcasting, Rock 92.1, 102.1 The Wave, Highway 98.1 Country and Florida man Radio 103.1, the ice rink is open now through Feb. 4. Hours vary daily. You can check the schedule at baytownewharf.com. The cost is $13 for 90-minute skate and $3 skate rentals. You can rent the rink for private parties and functions starting at $300. After a full season of holiday magic, ring in the New Year at Baytowne Countdown | NYE from 6 p.m. – 1 a.m.—The Village of Baytowne Wharf’s end-of-the- year celebration! It’s an evening to remember with two breathtaking fireworks displays at 8 p.m. and midnight. Enjoy fun for kids and kids at heart from 6-8 p.m. with face painting, kids’ activities and LIVE music on the Baytowne LIVE stage with DJ Q$.
But, the fun doesn’t stop there! Dance the night away with live music from Bay Kings Band from 7 p.m. until 1 a.m. featured on the Events Plaza Stage. With sets that range from Motown, classics to rock and everything in between, Bay Kings Band will have your feet tapping in no time.
For 21 and over after 10 p.m. Twenty and under must be accompanied by a legal guardian after 10 p.m.
