For the 10th year, AJ’s on the Bayou will host a free community Thanksgiving meal from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and for the sixth year, AJ’s Grayton Beach will do the same from noon to 5 p.m. Guests will enjoy a traditional holiday feast featuring turkey, ham, stuffing, mashed and sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry relish, garden salad, dinner rolls and assorted pies.
The annual event is open to everyone, and AJ’s invites the community to gather, give thanks and share in the holiday spirit. While there is no charge for the meal, donations are appreciated and will benefit the Kids on the Coast Foundation, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting area youth and families during the holidays.
No reservations are required; guests will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
